Calzedonia (pronounced [kaltseˈdɔːnja]) is an Italian fashion brand founded in Verona by Sandro Veronesi in 1986, with over 1,750 shops worldwide as of 2016. It belongs to Calzedonia Group, which also owns Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Atelier Emé, and SignorVino labels. The Calzedonia brand sells bathing suits, tights, and leggings. Veronesi's son, Marcello Veronesi, is the US CEO.
Diana was very upset with her shopping experience, as she mentions on britainreviews.co.uk, "I bought two bras at Tezenis with promo buy one get one free, I never received the free bras, one of the packaging ( plastic bag) was open, I didn’t want to even try them on until I spoke to someone with regards to the promo, I was told to return the items instead of just sending me the free items, only causing more work for me! Very disappointed with customer care for online customers."

A tienda abierta, se prioriza siempre la atención al cliente. Shoppy cada hora. Organizar el camión, reponer en tienda y colocar en almacén. Aprendí muchas cosas, desde como organizar un equipo, realizar horarios, entrevistas, estadísticas de vendidos, visual merchandasing, trabajar bajo presión, etc. La dirección dejaba mucho que desear, mi jefe de zona o distrit manager como le llaman, nos presionaba mucho en el tema de ventas y muchas veces el trato hacia nosotras no era el más adecuado. La relación entre las trabajadoras, siempre ha sido muy buena, mucho compañerismo. La parte más difícil era trabajar bajo esa presión para llegar al objetivo de ventas y mantener bien los parámetros. Lo que más me gustó del trabajo, es que es un trabajo muy dinámico, en el que haces gran variedad de cosas.Podías tener un contrato indefinidoNo respetan el convenio, no se hacen contratos en función a tu categoría, las horas de más que metías por cambios de tienda, escaparate, etc nunca se pagaban, El trato de los superiores dejaba mucho que desear, sólo miran por la empresa y no se preocupan del bienestar de sus trabajadores."

Le colleghe ancora peggio, tranne pochissime incluse le nuove assunte (dopo di te), piuttosto che aiutarti ti svantaggiano e giocano a fare le "capette" e si divertono a maltrattare i nuovi arrivati. In generale ti obbligano ad una vendita assilante da boutique (assurda in un negozio medio-grande!). Anon says"It's been 16 days since the order was placed, Hermes has been awaiting receipt of the parcel since 12 days ago. Absolutely zero communication regarding why there was a delay until finally two days ago I received an automated email to inform me of delays due to logistical problems with Brexit. That in itself is annoying but understandable, but if you are having supply chain issues then stop taking orders, stop holding sales to get cash from UK customers when you know full well that you cannot fulfill the orders at the moment. They also did not provide any ETA on the delivery. Is it going to be stuck for 1 week? A month? 3 months?
So I tried to reach out by customer live chat, started as 5th in queue, took me 2 hours (no joke) to finally get to 1st in the queue, waited another 20mins, then I got kicked off - this happened twice. The first time I was on my phone and it claimed my internet connection dropped, the second time I was on my computer and again after 20minutes of being 1st in the queue, it simply said all advisors were busy and that I should try emailing them.. given that it happened twice I'm not even sure if there were actually 5 people in front of me or if this was all just set up to waste my time and I never had a chance to speak to an actual customer service agent.
I was advised to contact them by email but guess what, I already tried over a week ago to no avail.

Katrin says"Do not order things in the online shop!!! I ordered in beginning November for a Christmas gift which arrived on 28th December? What am I supposed to do with a Christmas present on dec 28?!????
I wrote to customer care 3 times if the package will be delivered before christmas and only got automatical answers from a machine.
Then On 27th dec when I got the email that the package will be delivered I tried to deny the arriving (which was possible according to the delivery service) - that means he will not deliver, instead take the package with him and send it back. He delivered anyways - left it on my doorstep... when I tried to send the package back the printing thing was no longer available...
I hate this company so much and will neither buy in the store nor online ever again!!!!"

You can not trust this company! I placed an order on 27/11/2020 and never received it. On the contrary,it was delivered to a total stranger who then called me to let me know she had my items! My personal info!! I've contacted TEZENIS so many times and all I got was some apologies in Instagram and not help at all. You can't trust them,please never place an order online in tezenis.com"

they changed my shipping address; this meant Hermes couldn't deliver (well, it is Hermes....)
Hermes then lost the parcel (hermes....)
asked for a refund. Now up to three weeks. Sent down the billing department on the 28th December. Obviously having to deal with a lot of refunds - reading the reviews I can see why.
Shame - decent enough clothes, decent shop, but an absolute poo show when it comes to the internet. How on earth can they change so many address....surely it's an automated process that takes the information provided by the customer?"

Anna says"I have ordered some leggings and tops on 7th December. I used my delivery address as billing address as well. I took a screen shot where you can see that the two addresses are the same. When I've received the confirmation email, they've changed the delivery address to a different one. I contacted them immediately, but they haven't changed the wrong delivery address, so Hermes tried to deliver my package there. I've contacted Tezenis several times, every time they promised that I am going to receive my order in a few days. Needless to say, I am still waiting. My boyfriend has ordered some stuff as well a week before me, the same happened with him. Somehow they've changed his delivery address as well for the same wrong address. And he hasn't received any follow up either. We are very disappointed and I am sure we won't buy anything from Tezenis ever again! We just want our money back.
Update: Tezenis asked for more details 5 days ago. I haven't received any other email from them, but my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address..."

I would advise against ordering through the website at this current time. I am still waiting for an actual response and update on my order.
I have always had a good experience in store and really like the product but this experience has ruined my perception of this company.

I did not received a response since then so on the 30th I queued up for 2 hours via the chat feature only to be told that all agents are busy and that I should email. All attempts to telephone were met with an automated message stating the agents were busy and to request a call back, which I did but unsurprisingly did not receive said call. Terrible customer service and non-existent order fulfilment. Do not order from Tezenis or parent group Calzedonia"

They told me they informed the courier but I have never received any updates so I contacted them again another 5 times, always receiving the same reply. After 15 days my parcel was finally ready to be delivered...but guess what? THEY STILL HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. After contacting them again, they told me that the package was going back to their warehouse but they need to wait until they receive it to issue me a refund. This is not making any sense, if you already know I won't receive my items, why would I need to wait for a refund? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND WORST SHOPPING ONLINE EXPERIENCE. It just ruined my christmas, since they were Christmas gifts!"

Emailed Tezenis to inform them of the issue but got no reply. Took ages for them to dispatch my order just to send it to the wrong address, Hermes then sent the parcel back to Tezenis and told me to contact the retailer. Emailed them so many times but have yet to receive a response and it's been nearly a month since i placed my order. I dont even want the items anymore. My order number is 43567441 and i would like my refund please."

I gave an order from tezenis online shopping on 28th of September, 2020 and I have not received anything from this order (order id 41976963). I only got one email from them regarding this purchase saying my order was being dispatched on 29th of September, but nothing more. None of the links from the order email works at all, so I have no chance to track it. I created a ticket for this order on 29th of November 2020 from their website, and they haven’t replied me back at all. They are acting like a scam, they got the money and became completely silent afterwards without any delivery. I wish I had read the reviews here before buying anything from them. Never ever again!"
Katie says"My experience with Tezenis has been appalling. My order was sent to the incorrect address on 9th December due to a mistake by the company and I still have no confirmation of my refund. I understand this is a busy time for customer service departments however the lack of care I've received is simply unacceptable.
I've spent hours trying to contact advisors through phone, email and online chat countless times and had no response. I finally got though to someone by phone who assured me I'd receive an email regarding my issue and as expected this has not happened.
